Objectives: What do you want to achieve by implementing the project?

The “VET-Di.Ca.B” project pursues the following objectives:

– Facilitating the building of new partnerships and the exchange of peer-to-peer practices/experiences;

-Improving and strengthening the digital skills of VET trainers/ teachers/operators;

– Promoting a bottom-up participatory discussion on DigCompEdu by formulating common proposals for the renewal of face-

to-face training through the application of digital environments;

-Improving the attractiveness of the VET system

Implementation: What activities are you going to implement?

The Work Plan includes the following activities:

Development of a partnership based on participatory discussion and exchange of practices between peers

Implementation of a capacity-building process characterized by participatory bottom-up and relational approaches alternating with digital environments.

Elaboration / definition of a structured, common and effective methodological proposal

Dissemination and transferability of results through national events and multi-modal-media communication plan

Results: What results do you expect your project to have?

Facilitating dialogue and cooperation by involving 4 VET organizations from 4 EU countries

Improving/strengthening the digital skills of 48-60 trainers/operators through 3 transnational multi-activity LABs Sharing/collaborating in the definition of common Guidelines with Video-tutorials, Evaluation Report and Code of Ethics Disseminating/transfering results/products to approx. 160-200 intermediaries/stakeholders during 4 national workshops in addition to further communication actions/tools.
